According to the Tax Policy Center, in 2009 a household in the middle income quintile gets an average tax cut of $1,042 from Obama and $319 from McCain. Each of the bottom four quintiles – households making up to $111,645 – gets larger tax cuts under Obama than McCain. The only income group that sees an average tax increase in 2009 under the Obama plan is the top 1 percent of households.
Shame on Obama, not looking out for John McCain's lobbyists/staffers/money-men! How will Charlie Black afford that trip to Corfu this year and his weekly Armani binge?
