Black claimed that Davis hasn't lobbied for 5 years. Now I am a writer-- which means I am no Einstein in the mathematics department--but if I am correct, August of 2005 is not 5 years ago.

Traveling on Monday with Mr. McCain, Mr. Black said voters would pay little or no attention to the vetting process. “This is complete inside-the-Beltway nonsense,” Mr. Black said. He said he was now in retirement, after stepping down as chairman of his lobbying firm, BKSH & Associates Worldwide, in March, although he had been advising Mr. McCain for months prior to leaving the firm.

hahahaha!!! I was gratified to see this article was on the FRONT PAGE of the NYT.

I think the fact that black is hoping voters won’t notice or care is the “inside-the-beltway nonsense”.

I’m tired of being played for a stupid voter.
